Free Shipping on Orders over $75*

For all orders less than $75, there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95*

Oversize Shipping Surcharge

Items that are heavy or large, have an oversize shipping surcharge of $5, 10  $15, or $20, in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. This fee is shown on the checkout page and is calculated on top of standard delivery and processing chargesItems that qualify for oversize shipping surcharges are also identified on their product detail pages above the add to cart button. *Please note that we do not issue refunds for oversize charges.
 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, so your item should arrive in 7 to 11 business days. Note that we do not ship to PO boxes. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note it may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments to fulfill your order. However shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for any additional packages from the same order.

All appropriate local and provincial sales taxes will be added to your shipping charges where applicable.

Easy, Hassle-Free Returns


 

Hey there! We want you to be completely happy with your Umbra purchase. If for any reason you're not, we've got you covered with our hassle-free 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you don't absolutely love your new Umbra items, send them back within 45 days from your order date for a refund or a store credit using our prepaid return shipping labels. Items on sale at 50% off or greater, are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Now, we know some folks might try to take advantage of our generosity, so here's the catch: if we notice an excessive amount of returns from one customer, we reserve the right to refuse future returns. So, please don't be that person. We're all about keeping our customers happy, but we also have to keep the lights on.

But seriously, we want you to be happy with your purchase and we'll do everything we can to make it right. So, if you're not 100% satisfied, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Step 2: A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email
Step 3: Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received by Umbra. An email will be sent when your return is processed

*Please enter Order ID and Email to start your return: each box will require its own return request.*

     

    Please Note:

    • All items must be returned in the original Umbra packaging
    • If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items
    • If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Umbra by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded
    • Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy to ship the goods back to Umbra and a refund will be issued. 
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable
