Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75!
All orders that are less than $75 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95.
If you have met our Free Shipping Threshold and still see a charge at checkout, it could be due to having an oversize item in your cart. In this case, there will be an additional surcharge ranging from $5-20 depending on the size of the item. This additional charge is referred to as the Oversize Surcharge displayed on the product detail page and at checkout.
We ship via UPS for CA orders. Orders placed before 2pm EST on regular business days (Monday through Thursday - excluding holidays) will ship out the next available business day from our warehouse; those placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays will ship out the second next available business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on Fridays. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for your package. You can track your package with the provided tracking number on UPS.

Oversize Shipping Surcharge
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, so your item should arrive in 7 to 11 business days. Note that we do not ship to PO boxes. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note it may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments to fulfill your order. However shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for any additional packages from the same order.
All appropriate local and provincial sales taxes will be added to your shipping charges where applicable.
Trade Partner Accounts do NOT qualify for free shipping.

Easy, Hassle-Free Returns
We currently offer free returns within 45 days on most items:
If you don't absolutely love your new Umbra items, send them back within 45 days from your order date for a refund or a store credit.
- Free returns within 45 days applies to all products except items marked as final sale
- Shipping fees & oversize fees are non-refundable
- If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items
- If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Umbra by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded
- Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy to ship the goods back to Umbra and a refund will be issued.
- Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. It may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer depending on the payment method used) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment.
- If you return your items after 60 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Umbra reserves the right to limit service if customers exhibit excessive return activity.
